Free shipping within three business days of processing payment for Continental US and Canada.  Shipping address must match your PayPal confirmed address.  If address does not match, we will refund you the money.  

Preloved Lux is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to all Canadian provinces.

Shipping to Canada
Items shipped to the Canadian Provinces are sent via Canada Post (notice for pickup at postal office)

  • Please expect delay during holiday season and statutory holiday


Shipping to the US
Items shipped to the Continental US are sent via Canada Post. You have the following option:

  • Flat Rate with tracking (5-9 business days) - Free
  • **Please note there may be delayed at American Custom
  • **Preloved Lux do not charge sales tax for American Customers.  Customer will be responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery of your item. Preloved Lux does not have any foresight in regards to the potential fees. All items will be declared at full purchase price when shipped outside of the Canada.

We currently do not ship internationally other than USA and Canada.

Package Tracking
We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped.  All packages will be shipped with signature confirmation.

Customs and Duties
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery. Preloved Lux may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.
