Items shipped within Canada are sent via Canada Post with tracking and signature confirmation (notice card pickup may apply at your local postal office).

Package Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. All packages are shipped with signature confirmation for security purposes.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Preloved Lux does not have control over or access to estimates of these charges.
All international shipments, if accepted in the future, will be declared at full purchase value in accordance with customs regulations.
