Outside: Overall good condition for its age, very fine scratches on gold hardware. Wrinkling on leather especially near the bottom of the bag.  Scratches, rubs and aging of leather which is difficult to see with photos.  Leather is buttery smooth. Indentation on leather from chain, more noticeable on the back of the bag. Corners and edges with some rubbing.  Bottom of the bag with some lost shape, may benefit from adding an insert for this bag.

Inside: Inner flap with indentation/scratches where the chain sits.  Inside flap with some fine scratches.  Pen stains inside burgundy lining. Scratches/rubs on inner flap, inner lining, inner lining edges. Seal sticker intact. Overall good condition.  No peeling inside pocket

Strap: very minor scratches on chain - not noticeable on gold chain.  Gold hardware is shiny.

Chanel turn lock: working

Odor: Mild closet smell noted.
