Outside: Overall good Condition, very fine scratch on gold hardware.  Some scratches & wrinkling noted on the leather. indentation noted on the back from storage. slight indentation noted from storage with the strap on the bottom.   four corners with no rubs noted. very minor rub noted on the edge of the flap where the fold located - see photo.  

Inside: fine scratches on the leather in the inner flap.  Clean inside, seal sticker intact, no peeling.  Overall good condition

Strap: very minor scratches on chain - not noticeable on gold chain.  Gold chain re-plated by Leather Surgeon, bright and shinny.
